Complete Water-Sports Manufacturing, Under One Roof
Since 2017, ForwardSUP has operated as a full-cycle inflatable water-sports factory: in-house drop-stitch lamination, CNC cutting, assembly lines, and a finished-goods warehouse serving distributors, resort groups, and outdoor brands across 30+ countries. We manufacture under our Favorite brand or entirely under your own private label — from the first prototype to repeat reorders.
Our Product Lines
- Inflatable SUP boards — all-round, touring, racing, and yoga models, including V-Shape hulls (half-V and full-V) engineered for speed and straight-line tracking.
- Inflatable kayaks — single and tandem, recreational and expedition grade, with dual-layer drop-stitch floors.
- Water bikes — pedal and electric models, rental-ready for resorts, beach clubs, and lake parks.
- Accessories — pumps, paddles, leashes, carry bags, and repair kits to complete any fleet order.
OEM / ODM Process
Every order follows a proven five-step flow. First, share your brief or reference board. Second, we return a quotation with a 3D mockup and material options. Third, you approve a physical sample. Fourth, bulk production runs with in-line quality checks. Fifth, we ship via FOB, CIF, or DDP. Typical lead time is 25–40 days after deposit, and small-batch orders are welcome for new brands testing a market.
Why Importers Choose Our Factory
- Low MOQ — start with a trial batch of 10–30 units per model, then scale with seasonal reorders.
- Full customization — shape, size, colourway, deck pad, handle position, fins, and accessory sets.
- Branding — logo printing, custom packaging, hang tags, and user manuals, all managed in-house.
- Quality control — drop-stitch pressure testing, seam tension checks, and QC records for every batch.
- Mixed-container logistics — combine SUP boards, kayaks, and water bikes in one container to cut freight costs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity? MOQ is flexible. New brands often start with 10–30 units per model, then grow with repeat orders. Volume orders unlock better unit pricing and priority production slots.
Can you build a custom shape or a V-Shape hull? Yes. Half-V and full-V racing hulls are part of our standard range, and our in-house design team can develop new shapes from your drawings or photos.
Do you provide samples before bulk production? Yes. Samples are available for every model, and the sample cost is credited toward your first order.
How long does production take? Typically 25–40 days after deposit, depending on order size and level of customization. Rush delivery can be arranged for trial batches.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We export to Europe, North America, Australia, Japan, and beyond with FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, and we prepare the full export paperwork.
Can I combine different products in one container? Absolutely. Mixed loading of SUP boards, kayaks, and water bikes is one of the most common ways our partners control freight costs.

Quality Standards & After-Sales
Every board and kayak we build is made to survive real rental and retail use, not just a showroom. Our production runs on a documented quality system: drop-stitch chambers are pressure-tested to rated PSI, seams are checked for tension and alignment, and each finished unit is inflated and held before packing. We supply REACH-compliant materials on request, and we label goods to match your destination-market rules.
- Warranty — standard 3–5 year coverage against manufacturing defects, with spare-part support for rental fleets.
- Documentation — test reports, material declarations, and export paperwork prepared per order.
- Reorder consistency — your colourways, artwork, and specs stay on file so repeat batches match the first.
