What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 1 piece. Order a single sample board to test quality, or mix several models in one container. Fully custom molds, prints and retail packaging start from 20–50 pieces depending on the design.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples ship in 7–10 days after design approval. Bulk production takes 20–35 days depending on quantity and customization level. We send photo and video updates at every production stage, so you always know where your order stands.
What exactly can I customize?
Board shape and size, drop-stitch core thickness, deck pad texture and color, full-surface print, logo placement, fin setup, retail packaging, and accessories (pump, paddle, backpack, leash, repair kit). Send us your artwork and we return a free 3D mockup before you commit.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
FOB Qingdao, CIF, and DDP to the EU, UK, US and Japan. We work with freight forwarders experienced in oversized sports equipment, and we handle export documentation, CE certification support, and customs clearance.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment) for most orders. L/C at sight for full container loads. PayPal and credit card for samples and small orders.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
3–5 year warranty on seams and drop-stitch core, depending on the model. Defective boards are repaired or replaced free of charge. We keep your molds and artwork on file for 3 years, so re-orders match your original spec exactly.
